The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and National Institute for Health and Welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer”) request your tender for Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The contract period is one year (during 2019-2020). The extend of the contract (option period) is one year (during 2020-2021). Estimated quantity for the contract period including option is 94 000 doses. The customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the ordered numbers of doses by up to 20 %. The Customer will choose the Supplier based on a comparison of tenders. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition. The tenderer that quoted the lowest reference price per dose will be awarded the contract. Please note that all times given in the Invitation to tender are local time in Finland.
