Eesmärk
EasySoft is a tailor-made support tool for Blackboard and provides (1) context sensitive help and (2) support, and (3) traces activity (statistics) in the system. Examples of which activity, adoption of functionality, which topics use which tools etc. Altogether 3 modules.
