Eesmärk
Ålesundsregionens Havnevesen (ÅRH) shall enter into a Framework Agreement for waste management for liquid (hazardous) waste from ships.
The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract that shall safeguard and manage the waste system that is imposed the port authority in accordance with the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) 73 — 78, and Directive 2000/59/EC, amended in the Directive 2002/84/EF on maritime safety and the prevention of pollution from ships. (Henceforth referred to as the regulations).
