Eesmärk
Nkom has an infrastructure which is mainly based on microsoft technology on both the server and client side. A Framework Agreement is therefore needed that will ensure Nkom access to necessary new licences and maintenance of the licences we already have. There is also a need for consultancy services connected to licence administration for Microsoft products.
Nkom currently has a Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA).
