A Framework Agreement for Microsoft licences.
The objective and scope of the contract:
The objective of the procurement is to ensure the Contracting Authority good control and management of its Microsoft licences, and to ensure that the Contracting Authority is legally certified in connection with the use of Microsoft's Software and achieve access to a requirement specific portfolio of products. The Contracting Authority therefore wants to co-operate with a competent Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) who actively can provide administration and consultancy services for this field during the agreement period. The selected provider shall thus be the Contracting Authority's distributor of Microsoft licence services during the agreement period.
The tender shall also include an option for access to Software Asset Management tool (SAM tool).
The annual price/scope of the purchase/hire of licences for the Contracting Authority is approx. 5 000 000 NOK. The amount is not binding. It is an estimated value based on the product portfolio outlined in the Contracting Authority's requirement specification.
