Eesmärk
It has been decided that Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskaplige Universitet (NTNU) [The Norwegian University of Science and Technology], Universitetet i Tromsø [the University of Tromsø] (The Arctic University of Norway) (UiT) and Universitetet i Bergen [the University of Bergen] (UiB) shall join Direktoratet for økonomistyring's (DFØ) [the Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management's], service portfolio for wages and accounting.
The three universities currently have an agreement with Visma Bluegarden AS for payroll and personnel services (PAGA). The contracts on which the existing operations in the area of payroll and personnel are based will expire 31.12.2018.
NTNU, UiT and UiB therefore consider it necessary to extend the existing contracts until a new system delivered by DFØ is implemented.
