Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF will contract a turnkey contractor for the development and construction of a new Lambertseter Nursing Home in the Nordstrand district (the project is called the Lambertseter Homes).
The project consists of:
— the development of the preliminary project with interaction,
— detailed engineering design services,
— demolition of the existing Lambertseter Old Peoples and Nursing Home,
— construction of the new nursing home,
— hand-over with trial operation.
The new nursing home must be constructed with 130 nursing home places, and it is be to dimensioned for 220 employees and it must include a day centre. A car park basement must be established below ground. The delivery includes the accompanying outside areas; a sense garden at ground floor level, as well as communal outside areas on each floor and possibly on the roof.
