Oslo municipality, c/o the Development and competence agency, is planning to invite tenderers to a competition for an agreement for guard services for the agencies in Oslo municipality. The competition is expected to be published during autumn 2018. Through this Agreement the contracting authority wishes to contribute to i.a reduced environmental impact by driving in Oslo. The objective of the RFI is to map the status on the current car fleet in the business, and the future environmental goals the business sector has related to zero-emissions vehicles.
