The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the hire and operation of new coffee machines. Tender offers shall also be given for the hire/purchase of new coffee makers, consumables, delivery of coffee and other ingredients. At the locations where the contracting authority offers products from coffee machines, it must be of good quality.
