Oslo kommune c/o / Utviklings- OG Kompetanseetaten [the development and competency agency] extends an invitation to an open tender contest in connection with the procurement of a coordinated procurement contract for IT consultants in the main categories:
1) project and process,
2) line assignment assistance,
3) user experience.
The tenderers can deliver tender offers for one, two or all three main categories. Oslo kommune is implementing a number of projects where the need for workers cannot be covered by permanent staff, this can be due to resource or professional causes. These coordinated procurement agreements shall cover this need. The competence areas requested are in the requirement specification.
