In Norway we have inadequate knowledge of status and trends for most insects and environmental management therefore want to review the status, possible measures and a proposal for a monitoring network. The project shall deliver proposals for an area representative network of stations and methodology for monitoring of status, trends and causal relationships with population changes for insects. The project shall also suggest monitoring of a select threatened insect species. The project contains four options.
