Hordaland County (HFK) shall own fixed mats that shall be placed at entrances and any other frequently used areas in County buildings. Mats shall be placed in sixth form colleges and dental clinics. Administrative buildings are also included. The mats shall reduce the amount of dirt brought into the buildings.
