The procurement includes a kindergarten with 6 departments and 30 units of sheltered housing in stage I. Furthermore, stage II shall be facilitated and drawings shall show how a further 100 units of sheltered housing can be accommodated. The contracting authority shall have the right to use the tenderer's solutions for construction stage II if construction stage II is developed at a later date. Executed as a turnkey contract with partnering.
