The Police Directorate wants to collect relevant information from established vendors in the market regarding available solutions offered to cover the authorities' needs related to the collection, advance control and treatment of passenger date, such as this is defined in the API directive and the PNR directive.
As a basis, the concept review does not set any other requirements to prospect solutions, other than the functional and formal requirements that appear in the listed directives. However, through this document we wish to collect technical information on available solutions, which must be evaluated against important requirements on architecture and preferences, which the police obey by and which will be emphasised later in the process. Another objective is to look in to prices and pricing models used by the different vendors.
Through this RFI, the Police Directorate wishes to reach vendors of relevant systems and vendors of API and PNR data.
