The Contracting Authorities Aremark, Eidsberg, Hobøl, Marker, Rakkestad, Rømskog, Skiptvet, Spydeberg and Trøgstad municipalities, shall use this procurement to cover the at any given time need for electrical services to the municipalities user locations so that the municipalities can, in an effective and rational manner, control operations of the buildings in accordance with laws and regulations for the named discipline.
The agreement shall cover the need for electrical services and associated materials.
