On behalf of Vadsø kommune, (the Contracting Authority), we invite tenderers to an open tender competition on temporary staff services. Finnut Consult AS is assisting the administration of the tender competition. The Contracting Authority would like tender offers on temporary staff services for the period May 2017 — May 2020 with an option for a one year extension.
The Contracting Authority has procured temporary staff services the previous years for approx. NOK 10 million per annum. The historical consumption can only be used as an estimate for the expected consumption in the coming period with large reservations as the need for temporary staff varies and it depends on factors outside the Contracting Authority's control. The Contracting Authority intends to reduce the use of temporary staff that are hired in.
