Lenvik kommune wants to enter into a leasing agreement for premises for the Centre for Learning and Integration (SLI) and Refugee Services at Finnsnes. The premises, shall as far as possible, comply with all requirements in the attached requirement specification (annex 1) and the room programme (annex 2).
Lenvik municipality requests 2 agreement proposals. 1 agreement proposal for 10 years, and 1 agreement proposal for 5 years. Both agreement proposals shall include an option for 2+2 years extension.
