Vestnes kommune has decided to introduce a service concession scheme for user control personal assistance (BPA). This involves that users who adopt BPA either can select a private supplier or the municipality as the supplier of the service.
Vestnes kommune therefore invites tenderers to apply for award of concession in connection with the delivery of assistance hours in the scheme ‘user controlled personal assistance’ for users in the municipality. BPA is rights based in The Patient and Users Rights Act.
