Hanke lühikirjeldus

The total gross area of the project is approx. 54 600 m2. The project is situated at ‘Vestbanetomten’ at the City Hall Square in Oslo. Statsbygg is implementing the project with mostly coordinated NS-8405 contracts, of which Contract K401 is 1 of 19 major contracts. See Book 0 for further information about the project and the builder's organisation.

Contract K401 mainly includes all buildings parts in chapter 4: Electric Power. Some building parts from Chapter 5: Telecommunication and automation, Chapter 6: Other installations and Chapter 7: Outdoor installations, will also be included in the contract.

The Electric power technical systems include a total of 8 different contracts that will be published as separate tender contests. K4011 Lighting (including outdoor), K501 Security, K5011 Network, K502 Central Operation/Automation, K503 ICT equipment, K5031 AV equipment and K601 Lifts (Contract K601 Lifts is contracted).

Some Electric power technical works that are included in contract K201; Alteration Infrastructure, K204; Framework concrete works and K701 Outdoor installations will also be included.

Contract K401 will have an interface towards most of the project's contracts. E.g interface towards K209; Doors, K207; Internal works 2, K302; Ventilation, K301; Pipes, and K206; Internal works 1.
