HINAS shall, on behalf of the regional health care enterprises, implement a national procurement of treatment aids — Bi-Level PAP, CPAP, masks, etc. Framework agreements will be entered into for various sub-areas. Parallel framework agreements may be relevant for some of the areas.
Sub-area 1 — BI-Level PAP.
Sub-area 2 — CPAP.
Sub-area 3 — Masks.
Sub-area 4 — Vaporizer/inhalation apparatus.
Sub-area 5 — Stationary/portable suction devices.
Sub-area 6 — Coughing machines.
The final procurement lay-out and number of agreement areas are, for the time being, not yet clarified.
The procurement is scheduled to autumn 2015/spring 2016. The tender contest will be published at the end of 2015. This is a prior information notice, only, and a complete tender notice with tender documents will be published at a later date.
Stakeholders will be invited to participate in individual dialogue meetings with the project group. Dialogue meetings will be held in the late part of August 2015. Information of the final date and location will be given as an annex to the prior information notice.
