It is the Contracting Authority's opinion that we have not been clear enough regarding the requirement for other network equipment than Aruba products. The vagueness is considered to be a breach of the requirement regarding non-discrimination. Cf. the Public Procurement Act § 5. The tender contest is therefore cancelled under the provisions of the Public Procurement Regulations' § 22-1 (1). A new competition will be announced.
