A KVU (i.e. concept study) clarified the need for new B3 schools in the area. In addition to the school, premises are to be constructed for a city-wide task force, a 'culture-centre function' is to be implemented within the standard functional-space program. The City Council subsequently decided to construct a multi-purpose hall on the site.
