Eesmärk

NSB Passenger Traffic AS or a co-operation partner for the coming years for the provision of inquiries (updating personal and company information), data cleaning and data enrichment of customer data in NSB Passenger Traffic AS. The delivery consists of inquiries for individual customers, cleansing of customers, enrichment as well as general consultancy within the professional field. The customer database currently consists of 1 200 000 customers who are registered in connection with the establishment of a customer profile when one has ordered a travel card, purchased tickets in the NSB-app, nsb.no or shall use WiFi on board trains.
