The specified product is the only product on the market, which can ac-commodate our demand for variable resolution of the detector within the same instrument. The specified product is delivered with a changeable optics which will allow for multiple zoom options (resolution) without using geometric positioning. This unique optical design is needed for doing multiple measurements of samples without moving the sample according to the X-ray source. The unique optical design also allows for a higher resolution on larger samples compared to designs without the unique optical design. Sub micro meter resolution is needed for a number of applications as example within catalysis processing.
