Avinor wish to procure through competitiv tender a tool which will assist in optimal resource management and control of operative personnel within Air Traffic Control Services. The tool must be integrated with, or able to integrate with, the CFMU-IFPS.
The provision of new software shall in the main contribute to more effective operations at larger units.
The system shall support the following tasks: electronic position logs; control of competency and working hours required by the relevant authorities; short and long term planning of resources; fast and flexible preparation of sector configuration, together with relief plans and registration of personnel events.
It is a requirement that any new staffing tool shoud allow integration with present staff administration system.
