Purchase of Cyto-Mine to SDU: Description of purchase: The Cyto-Mine uniquely integrates encapsulation, incubation, sorting based on FRET-technology/measurement and single cell dispensing capabilities within a single instrument. Justification: The Cyto-mine’s capabilities, efficiency and ease of use will be essential for the success of our research project since we will need to be able to screen a very high number of cells either to identify unique hybridoma cells or very rare antibody producing cells isolated from blood.
