The Customer is seeking a comprehensive software solution designed to document electronic communication infrastructure, encompassing details on for example fiber networks, ethernet cabling, racks and switches. The software will cater to approximately 10 concurrent users and 500 objects(splices, closures, racks, etc), emphasizing a user-friendly, off-the-shelf product that minimizes the need for in-house development. The Customer prioritize simplicity in implementation, intending to manually transition the pre-existing documentation into the new system to enhance the operational efficiency and documentation accuracy.
