Eesmärk
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Division of Transport and Society, the Department of Community Development and the Climate, the Section for Overall Planning (henceforth referred to as Contracting Authority) wishes, on behalf of the transport enterprises (Avinor AS, Bane NOR SF, the Norwegian Railway Directorate, the Norwegian Coastal Administration, Nye Veier AS and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) to establish a framework agreement with up to three tenderers for development and analysis tasks associated with the CUBE RTM system.
The objective of the assignment is to establish a framework agreement with up to three providers within new development and major updates of adjacent applications to the CUBE RTM model system.
