The framework agreement will ensure that the Norwegian Tax Administration [Skatteetaten] has quick access to capacity and resources with solid expertise to perform legal services.
The need will be greatest in the following areas of law:
Public procurements
Contract law, including ICT contracts
Labour legislation
Personal protection and information security
There may also be a minor need for assistance within:
Property law
Company law
Intellectual property rights
EEA law
