Eesmärk
The procurement is for a parallel framework agreement with up to three (3) tenderers for meeting the ongoing need for short term rental of accommodation for homeless persons not misusing substances in Sandnes Municipality. The contracting authority's duties are defined in the Act relating to social services, §§15 and 27. The requisition for renting accommodations is normally issued for two weeks. However, the renting period can also be prolonged, usually for one month or more. The user group spans from families with children to persons from institutions. The common denominator for the group is that persons can live alone without supervision from the lessor.
The contracting authority has a separate contract for the user group that has drug and alcohol challenges. It is the contracting authority that will decide which contract will be used for each individual user.
