Eesmärk
Contract for the procurement of a LSP service (Licensing Solution Partner) for assistance with managing licences/licence contracts for the contracting authority. This currently mainly applies to Microsoft products, but is can also include other types of licences (e.g. Adobe and Citrix licences) to a lesser extent. The licence contract will include both the procurement and hire of licences, and cloud based subscription services. The contract will include all of the contracting authority's spheres of activity, including the education sector (Microsoft Campus Agreement).
The contracting authority´s independent companies.
Other municipal entities, including all official legal bodies and associations, cf. the definition in the Public Procurement Act §2, will have the right, but not an obligation, to join the framework agreement.
If, during the contract period, the municipality converts parts of its own business into a 100% owned limited company or establishes new companies, the new companies will also have the right, but not the obligation, to enter into an agreement on the same terms as the municipality.
