Eesmärk
The main aim of the procurement is to cover Skyss' total need for expertise within data developer and analyst services. There can also be a need for data management services. The procurement will both cover the need for expertise in addition to the competence that Skyss has itself, and the need for extra capacity in periods with extra activities. Competence will not be emphasised when comparing tenders.
