Eesmärk
Snow clearing and gritting is one of the basic services for Oslobygg. The main service must include snow clearing, gritting, and spring sweeping.
This includes depositing snow on the property, snow clearing by entrance areas, footpaths, and escape routes, fire manholes, car parking areas, and the areas around the waste bins. The tenderer must formulate work instructions for each property, and must be available for the contracting authority on a 24 hour staffed duty telephone. It will be up to the tenderer to assess which areas are to be cleared by hand and where a machine can be used for snow clearing.
The property portfolio is split into 4 areas - Nursery East 1 and 2, and Nursery West 1 and 2. There will be a separate evaluation for each area.
