Eesmärk
The procurement concerns consulting assistance for Norad's cooperation with the Ministry of Finance in Mozambique (MEF) from 1. November 2022 until the Oil for Development Country Program (Ofu) in Mozambique expires on 31. December 2023. The framework for the assignment is defined in the performance framework of the Program Agreement between Norway and Mozambique, which was signed on 12. February 2020. The financial consultant's tasks are mainly related to professional advice on the responsible management of Mozambique's petroleum revenues, as well as related capacity building.
Ongoing thematic work streams are linked to designing a framework for the responsible use of Mozambique's revenues from the sale of liquefied natural gas, including consultancy for the establishment and management of a savings and stabilization fund (SWF), further development and training in a model for projecting public petroleum revenues .
