Eesmärk
The contest concerns renovation of Breidablik School, South Building - Main contract construction work.
The total value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT, while this contract accounts for approx. NOK 25,000,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The project shall be carried out as a divided contract, in accordance with NS8405, for the following contracts:
- Main contract construction work (this contract)
- Plumbing work
- Ventilation work
- Electrical work
- Lift
- Automation work
If the project is not in accordance with the approved budgets, political approval, no start-up permit is granted, or if there are other objective reasons for canceling the tender contest, the contracting authority reserves the right to reject all tenders.
