Vestfold og Telemark County would like a framework agreement for cleaning, paper, plastic, and commercial kitchen products. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer that shall cover the contracting authority's need for the procurement of necessary products in accordance with this framework agreement, which will give economic savings, reduce transaction costs, reduce negative environmental impact, increase use of eCommerce, and better regulation compliance by coordinating procurements.
