Eesmärk
The Norwegian Tax Administration is focussing on the development of strategic management this year and next year with a number of different measures. In order to reach our strategic ambitions, there are new and stricter requirements for management, adaptation, and change. Managers will have greater uncertainty, more dilemmas, and more multi-disciplinary work at the same time that quicker decision making is required. Managers must therefore have a greater repertoire of manager mentalities and manager skills, and must always adapt their management to the situation. New research shows that it is more important than ever to be a versatile/all-round manager.
