Vestfold og Telemark County invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a new route planning system for route planning and maintenance of the route database. The route database will be split into two, with separate databases and login for the Vestfold area and the Telemark area respectively. The tender contest is open for all those that fulfil the set requirements in the tender documentation.
