Eesmärk
The invitation to tender concerns a framework agreement for leasing passenger cars and goods vans with associated additional services.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured services for approx. NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT per annum in the last 3 years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
The contracting authority has currently a total of approx. 35 vehicles that are relevant for this agreement. During autumn 2022 16 cars are planned to be published as a mini-contest immediately after the award of contract.
The maximum value of the contract, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT.
