Eesmärk
The turnkey contractor's work in this contest involves engineering design services for and the execution of renovation work on approx. 3000 m2 in the existing town hall. In general terms, a full internal renovation is to be carried out on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, and on approx. half of the 1st floor, as well as the establishment of changing rooms in the basement by a gym. The work that is to be carried out, and the requirements for the work, are detailed below with referrals to the relevant engineering design documentation.
