he assignment includes transport services with a special car (minibus) and passenger car in Oslo and Viken within the time period described in Appendix 1 The assignment description. The assignment is based on hiring carriages, including a driver and equipment, to carry out transport. The assignment includes transport of essentially all wheelchair users in the TT service, and includes driving both leisure trips and regular trips for these users. The transport service for TT users is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The scope is controlled according to demand.
The competition consists of 4 sub-assignments (A, B, C and D) divided into different types of minibuses and passenger cars. The assignment in sub-assignments A, B and C comprises the transport of essentially all wheelchair users in the TT service, while in sub-assignment D it includes the transport of walking TT users.
