Eesmärk
Marker kommune [Marker Municipality] on behalf of Innkjøpssamarbeidet Smartkom Østfold [Procurement Collaboration Smartkom Østfold] invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for technical advisory services. The framework agreement will be entered into with one supplier and covers among other things the following services within technical engineering: Technical assistance in connection with design, review and tender descriptions, Condition assessment, Construction management in relation to maintenance and rehabilitation measures etc. See the attached documents for further description of this framework agreement.
