Eesmärk
Vestfold and Telemark County (Norwegian: VTFK) intends to enter into / extend an agreement with Atea AS regarding continued delivery of "PCs, desktops and laptops, with accessories (ICT)" limited to the period 28.02.2022-15.06.2022 on similar / previous terms.
The background for the extension of the existing agreement has several reasons, but mainly due to requirements for coordination of products / solutions in the County.
A change in the organisation with the establishment of two new county municipalities will entail changes in already planned tender documentation.
The contracting authority has considered it inappropriate and resource-intensive to carry out Part I competition (s) for delivery of the described equipment, as the scope of such an agreement in the relevant period will entail a requirement for any new supplier for an adapted e-Commerce solution for the County in a very limited period.
