Statnett has multiple computer systems for Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) that we regularly conduct security penetration tests on. Statnett tests our systems regularly to check for vulnerabilities or weaknesses in both design and implementation to be able to establish a level of risk and identify corrective measures.
Statnett has identified 7 areas for PEN – tests, which are:
1.Windows,
2.Linux,
3.SCADA,
4. Mobile Phones,
5. Application testing,
6. Network ,
7. Cloud
Statnett estimates 20 yearly penetration tests spread throughout the main areas. Statnett invites Vendors that have experience and expertise within at least one of these main areas to participate in tender for Framework agreements for a period of up to 8 – eight years.
Those who fulfill the criterias will receive the full tender via Statnetts portal after the given deadline.
