Hanke lühikirjeldus
This contract will cover the design, delivery, installation of fully furnished modules ready for use for a new housing camp facilities at Kårstø.
The housing facilities shall contain (according to the attached drawing):
- 181 rooms with bath - of which 1 UD (Universal design) and 11 rooms for insulation
- Wardrobe facilities
- Common room w/TV facilities
- Needed storage rooms and technical rooms
- Elevator
- Ring wall/foundation
- Preparation of outdoor area
The barracks will be set up on two floors.
The barracks must be delivered new and be in accordance with the description and requirements in TEK 17 (Norwegian regulations and technical requirements for construction works)
The scope of work also includes connection of electricity, fiber, water and drainage from defined connection points on site.
Equinor Energy AS will itself be responsible for the daily operation and cleaning of barracks rigs after handover.
