The service recipients require 24 hour follow-up to master daily tasks, as well as guidance and support suitable for their illness.
The municipality is responsible for users receiving adequate and proper health help, and an offer that is in accordance with the law. Tenderers must ensure that the follow-up of this responsibility is carried out in a satisfactory way.
