Eesmärk
A new general assessment shall be carried out in Senja municipality.
The assessment service includes the entire geographical area of Senja municipality.
The assignment shall be carried out in such a way that Senja municipality is able to declare property tax by the deadline for issuing this tax in 2023.
The assignment shall consist of test appraisal, general appraisal, committee work, cadastral registration, register data in Komtek, etc.
