Eesmärk
Orkland kommune [Orkland Municipality] needs to gain control over receiving sludge/septic/chemicals delivered to GOTA treatment plant. The municipality also needs to be able to distribute water to different service providers in the municipality.
Orkland Municipality therefore intends to procure a sludge kiosk and water kiosk that can automatically register the volume upon receiving septic and when withdrawing water in the municipality.
Registered data must be able to be read in a registration system which forms the basis for control and/or invoicing. The sludge and water kiosk must be able to communicate with the operational control system.
