Rogaland County needs a framework agreement for planning and engineering design services, mainly for transport projects. The aim of the framework agreement is to assist the contracting authority professionally and with processes for small/medium-sized transport projects if the contracting authority does not have the capacity itself to carry out the work: For example, preliminary projects, municipal sector plans, development plans with technical detailed plans, construction plans with tender documentation, as well as follow-up in the construction phase, etc.
