Eesmärk
The GeoMX Digital Spatial Profiler system allows multiplexed measurement of protein and nucleic acids offering the ability to quantify up to 96 proteins and over 18,000 RNA targets on a formalin-fixed, paraffin- embedded (FFPE) or a fresh frozen (FF) tissue section on a microscope slide. At the moment, the GeoMX Digital Spatial Profiler system represents a unique combination of features not found in any other instrument currently on the market.
